What is Fennec Gear?

How quickly do orders ship?
Everything we sell here at Fennec Gear is stocked and fulfilled by our team. Our fulfillment team tries to ship all orders within 24 - 48 business hours. Of course, there are sometimes delays - if a substantial delay is required to fulfill your order, we will reach out to you and let you know.
If an item is not in stock, on backorder or pre-order, we try to make this as apparent as possible on the product page. If this is the case, orders containing an out of stock, backordered or pre-ordered product will ship as soon as that item is available.
Will I get tracking notifications along the way?
Absolutely! Our fulfillment system will automatically send you updates regarding your order as it progresses. Updates are sent to the email address or phone number you provide during checkout.
You'll be notified about an order being fulfilled, along with a tracking number, when an item is out for delivery, when it has been delivered & more.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders shipping within the US typically arrive in 3 - 5 business days after it has been shipped. Because we are based in the Boise, Idaho area, the closer you are to us, the quicker your order will arrive.
International orders can take a bit longer to arrive and are harder to estimate. However, our past experiences show that orders shipping to Canada can take up to 2 weeks, and orders shipping throughout the rest of the world can take up 3 weeks to arrive.
Please note that the above time frames are estimates provided by USPS (for US orders) & UPS (for international orders) and are not a guarantee by Fennec Gear.

How can I qualify for free shipping?
Orders that exceed $50 in value (after any discount codes are used) ship for free within the continental US! When checking out, simply select the "Free Shipping" option.
Unfortunately, there is no free shipping for international orders at this time.
What if I need to return or exchange a product?
If you're unsatisfied with your Fennec Gear products, you can return or exchange your items anytime within 15 days of receiving it. Simply fill out the Contact Us form on this page with your order number & the reason for your return/exchange, and we'll get back to you within 24 business hours!
